A FEW WORDS ABOUT INSURANCE
The Trip Cancellation Insurance we offer is primarily designed for
illnesses that may occur before or during your trip for each traveler or
non-traveling members of their immediate family. It also contains
standard coverage for things like Trip Cancellation, Interruption or
Delay. In addition we offer coverage for lost or delayed luggage,
medical and dental expenses and emergency expenses.This is also
secondary to any other private insurance which you may have.
MEDICARE IS NOT VALID OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES AND
THIS IS NOT A “CANCEL FOR ANY REASON INSURANCE”.
There are however other valid reasons other than medical for
canceling a trip and we can provide information upon request. If you
cancel for an unacceptable reason as determined by the Insurance
Company you cannot recover the cost of the policy. If you cancel
outside of 90 days from departure any deposit amount that exceeds
the cost of the insurance will be refunded. Inside 90 days refunds are
determined by the provisions of the Tour Conditions Agreement
found on this site.
TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE COST IS NOT TO BE
CONSIDERED AS PART OF THE BASIC TRIP COST AS THE
PRICE CAN VARY BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS DUE TO AGE
AND/MEDICAL CONDITION AND WILL BE ADDED TO
DETERMINE THE FINAL COST FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL.
